The RemLinkXS™ application allows users to remotely access their desktop installation of the Remedy Help Desk™ and perform any function related to case management information including updating duties directly from their RIM device. RemLinkXS’ customizable features mirror the user’s desktop environment and assure the same high level of security provided by the enterprise’s firewall. This new application features a menu-driven, easily navigable interface that the enterprise can fully customize. The enterprise will be able to create, update, and close trouble tickets, as well as be notified of escalations and urgent trouble tickets through pushed alerts.
