Customers can Leverage Forum, Knowledge Base and Download Center Resources

LOS GATOS, California – July 10, 2013 – HipLink® Software, a leading provider of wireless messaging and notification solutions, today announced it has launched a new Customer Portal.  The web portal is designed to facilitate customer engagement within the HipLink customer community. Customers can be apprised with up to date information from HipLink support, participate in the discussion Forum, peruse the Knowledge Base for answers to common questions and access product downloads.

By developing our new customer web portal, we are creating another means for customers to communicate with each other and us to get the right information when they need it.”

Customers of HipLink Software can access the new web portal by visiting www.hiplink.com. A portal link at the top of the web page will direct them to register. Once registration has been verified, they’ll be sent a login ID and password.
